What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Decone products as much as we do. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, contact us at deconeshop@outlook.com. Returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website are accepted within 30 days, in new and unused condition with the original packaging. We cannot accept returns from retail stores. Customers wishing for an exchange or return must email us by contacting deconeshop@outlook.com and then we will provide specific instructions for return/exchange. When shipping your item back to us, please include the original packing slip with a description of the reason for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. We suggest using a shipping method with delivery confirmation as Decone is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

When you receive a product problem. You can apply for a return and exchange policy within the 30-day validity period.
- Protective shell:: The protective case can be replaced once.
- Tempered film accessories: We only accept replacement of tempered film/camera and other accessories (used tempered film/camera and other accessories are not accepted for return).
- Functional products: one year warranty.

How long does a return/exchange take?
We want to provide you with exceptional customer service. We will do our best to process your return and exchange as quickly as possible. The standard time is 5-7 business days.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed onto my credit card?
We want to get your money back to you as quickly as possible. We will issue a refund to your credit card within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on the type of credit card used, it may take anywhere from 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

EXCLUSIONS
We cannot offer a refund on any items that are replacements or warranty claims.
We cannot offer a refund or return on USED glass screen protectors. We are only able to offer store credit in the amount of the glass screen protector or a replacement.
We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, etc. We can only offer a replacement or store credit to you.We do not accept returns / refunds on BOGO sales.
