After the notification e-mail of ‘completed and shipped’, your order will arrive in 1 weeks if you are based in The Netherlands, 2-3 weeks if you are based in Europe. However, if you are based in another country you can check the estimated time of delivery.
Wrong or mismade orders
If your order is wrong or mismade you must sent us an email so we can afford you a new one. This also applies if you want to change your address of delivery.
