SHIPPING INFORMATION
We typically fulfill all orders within 2-4 business days, depending on volume from our fulfillment center during weekday business hours (EST). Any orders placed after Friday business hours or during the weekend will ship out the following Monday.
If your items are in stock and ready to ship, there is a 24-hour delay from the time your order is shipped to the time the tracking details are emailed to you. From there, standard shipping will take place. If you have yet to receive a shipping notification, please check our website directly or below, for any out of stock notices as this will share the most up to date information in relation to your order status.
We are open 24/7 and continue to operate as normal. However, due to holidays and major festivals, delivery and production times have been adjusted. Delivery times to some countries will be delayed by 3-4 days or a week compared to usual. After shipment, delivery times may vary. However, this will not affect the arrival of your shipment at its destination.
The package you ordered will be shipped in Hong Kong/Japan. The following is the logistics time limit for each country/region.
